My wp15 screen is black or blue how do I fix that?

I can tell you that if the WP15 is anything like the WP5, a screen replacement is a relatively easy repair to do yourself. I fix these devices rarely (they do not often come into my shop) and have even written the guide for that model here on iFixit:

I don't have experience with the WP15, but looking up photos for reference, it appears to be very similar to the model I have repaired, so I would guess the repair process is nearly identical.

However, I do understand that not everyone is comfortable or willing to work on their own devices, and that's okay too. That's why shops like ours exist. I would recommend looking up shops in your local area and giving them a call to see if they would work on this phone for you. We believe in supporting local and wouldn't want to take money out of your local economy just to scope a job that someone closer to you can likely do quicker.
