Tub moving witch also makes it leak when filling

I have the back of the washer off. I noticed that where the water feels in the tub was leaking a little bit because the tub is off-balance. I also noticed there’s springs missing off the bottom of the tub and looks like there’s hooks at the top. can somebody tell me if I can replace these parts and fix this problem, please

Did you mean a Kenmore 400 washer?

What is the complete model number of the washer? Sounds like the suspension rods are missing. Knowing the model number should help to find them.
