@ec07201 we really do not like to make recommendation as to where to purchase components from. A lot of this type of question just invites a lot of Spam. I can tell you that you should not have any issues finding those fuses. You just might to have to change your search terms.

The fuses you are looking for are:

Sony part number 1-576-596-21 FUSE (1A/32V)

Sony part number 1-576-863-21 FUSE (0.5A/32V)

Sony part number 1-576-874-11 FUSE (2.5A/32V)

All are in a 0603 (1608 metric) package. That is the size of the components.

Now, do a search by either the part number or the description of the fuses i,e, "SMD fuse 1A/32V in a1608 package" You will find out quickly that Mouser.com and Digikey.com have those. Fairly inexpensive, so get a handful since shipping cost is a bit steep. I can tell you that Mouser and Digikey have been my go-to for the last 20 years. No, I don't get any kickbacks and I am not financially involved either :-)
