No Air Flow at all

Have you checked that the fan is not turning in the reverse direction or that the blades have been reversed?

With the fan turned on, try pressing both the light and the fan switches together and check if it slows, stops and then starts turning in the other direction.

Also depending on your ceiling fan model it may have reversible blades. This could be done either electrically or manually.

With most fans when it is turning anti-clockwise it should blow the air downwards (aka summer mode) and when turning clockwise it should blow the air upwards (aka winter mode) so as to help circulate the hot air that gathers at the ceiling.
