@orlyaurel could be an issue with your LCD or with your GPU. Connect an external monitor to your laptop and see if it shows those blue dots. IF so you know it is your GPU. That would mean that you have to rework your motherboard or even replace it. If an external monitor does not show those blue dots, then the issue is most likely your LCD display.
