How do I replace the battery?

Computer went unused for several years and now battery level remains at 0% despite being plugged into (and running off of) AC adapter for hours... I presume the battery is shot.

How do I replace the battery? What is the part number for the correct battery?

Here's the ifixit Asus Q534U Battery Replacement guide that shows what to do and the tools required to do it.

Looking at the guide the battery model number is 41CP3/64/120.

There are not too many suppliers found when looking for the model number, however there seems to be more, when looking for the Asus part number, 0B200-02010300
