Deep freeze is working but not cooling

If it is made by Whirlpool and is a side-by-side you may have the broken wire syndrome at the bottom hinge corner of the freezer door. It is a systemic problem with those units. AND they are still selling them. They should be sued.

I have repaired one of those and it is not simple for most people and likely not cost effective to have someone do it for you. My sister did give me $100. but a tech will want to replace the whole door at about the cost of a new refer.
