The device will not boot.
Sometimes my laptop won't boot, any suggestions?
Battery is charged.

Howdy there @jeff___ we have a pretty decent trouble shooting guide that should walk you through some of the basic troubleshooting steps. If you get stuck anywhere comment back here, and we can work from there.

Thank you.
I have looked there and I can't see any solutions there however figured out that if I press the refresh button and power button together then it works.
I forgot to mention before that this only sometimes happens.

Pressing, holding and spamming the power button. I have also tried all these while connected to power.
