Damaged something during battery replacement.

It looks like you damaged the double sided adhesive strips that are used to help secure the battery to the case.

You can install the battery but ensure that it is secured to the case using suitably thin and sized double sided adhesive tape strips. You don't want the battery moving around inside the case.

Here's information if you wish to get the tape strips used in the tablet. Make sure that you remove the old strips first before installing the new ones..

Search online for SD78C03373 to find suppliers that suit you best.
