What is the full model number of the laptop as shown on the information label on the bottom of the laptop?
How much memory is installed in the laptop?
According to this link for one of the model variants, there's only 2GB of DDR3-1600 sodimm memory. This is one reason why the laptop may be slow.
For Win10 to work satisfactorily at least 4GB and preferably 8GB is required.
If you have a lite version of a Linux distro installed it may work better.
