My 03 LeSabre windshield wiper fluid only sprays on the passenger side of windshield. Am I right thinking that all of the tubing from the fluid reservoir to the wiper arms needs to be replaced? Is this an overkill? Is there there a better way to fix this problem? I will be thanking the person(s) who can steer me straight on how to FIXIT!

Try removing the nozzle from the end of the tubing in the driver's side wiper blade and then try turning on the windscreen washer to see if water comes out of the tube.
If it does then the nozzle is blocked.
Use a thin needle to try and clear it.
I can't find a video etc for your year model, but here's a link showing a 2001 model Le Sabre washer nozzle problem that may help.
