Hi @leximyers
Which logo is it stopping on, Lenovo or Windows?
If Windows then try the following and check:
Turn off the laptop if on, then turn on the laptop and when it starts to boot into Windows, press and hold the Power button operated to force stop the laptop.
Do this 3 times in a row i.e. start > boot > force stop > start > boot > force stop > start etc.
On the 3rd attempt it should boot into the Windows Recovery Environment menus.
If it does then select Troubleshooting > Advanced > Startup repair and follow the prompts.
Since you were trying to reset your PC you could also select Reset this PC but ensure that you select the correct option next e.g. keep my files or remove everything depending on whether you wish to retain or delete your data.
If the above doesn't fix the problem it may be due to a corrupted Recovery partition so try the following:
You can create a Recovery USB drive from any other known working Win10 or Win11 PC. All you need is a 8GB USB flashdrive and 1-2 hours of time.
In the host PC go to Control panel > Recovery > Create a recovery drive and follow the prompts.
Once you have the USB recovery disc, insert it into the laptop and start the laptop and then press the Esc key followed by the F9 key to enter the Boot Device options menu and make the USB drive as the 1st boot option.
The laptop should then boot off the USB drive (and not the laptop's HDD/SSD drive) into the WRE menus.
Follow the procedure as above to hopefully fix the problem in your laptop.
