Presumably whoever created the guide must have missed a few model variants.
According to the HP ENVY x360 - 15-dr0018na support page, the maintenance and service guide that you linked is the one to use for your particular model.

Hello again sir,
I started my journey to change few hardware parts.
According to the manual I managed to some part numbers to user. However, when I get to keyboard (I understand the top frame is included) it has four variations. I'm a bit confused.
Options are:
With discrete memory
Without discrete memory
With Uma memory
Without Uma memory.
How to understand which goes to my laptop?

Looking at the specifications for your particular model, it has a discrete GPU i.e. an Nvidia GPU and also an Intel UHD 620 GPU which is integrated with the Intel CPU i.e. two GPUs allowing you to select which one you want to use for graphics handling.
Because the Nvidia GPU has its own memory it doesn't share the discrete memory with the Intel GPU.
So your model is the one with discrete memory.
If there was only the CPU and not also another separate GPU it would be classed as UMA.
Easiest way if you're going to replace the keyboard/top cover assembly is to look for the HP part number on the underside of the original assembly
