Why do I have one channel switching on?
I have a Hybrid A1600 Amplifier.Its only switching on one channel.What could be the problem if anyone can help pliz??

I can't find any service info, but I would start by verifying that all your inputs and outputs are valid by switching channels.
Since it is a hybrid, I would then replace tubes since that is easy.
After that, you need some serious troubleshooting.
Checking diodes and transistors with your DVM diode function.
Check and compare voltages on each channel, particularly in the output circuit.
