boot order is changed in BIOS. However, if it is set to USB as first choice and there is no USB drive plugged in it will boot on the 2nd choice. You can access the BIOS by pressing F2 continually as soon as you turn it on. Look for boot or boot order or similar. Be careful what u change. You can make life worse changing the wrong thing.
