Why is my laptop not turning on at all?
I've been to multiple places trying to fix it and multiple people said they couldn't do anything about it.

Getting hot is not a good sign.
You may have to open up the laptop and check if it is the battery that's heating up.
If it is, I suggest that you replace it and then check what happens.

The battery model number should be printed on the battery.
Search online for the model number to find battery suppliers that suit you best.

There’s no signs of that anymore. When I took it to a repair shop they said the problem was with the motherboard. And it shows signs of charging but no power or fan activity.

If multiple repair attempts failed, it could be a serious hardware fault—like a dead motherboard, power IC issue, or severe short. Test with a known-good charger, try removing the battery, and check for any power indicator lights.

Does the laptop give an indication that the battery is charging when a compatible, known working charger is connected to the laptop?
Has the laptop been dropped or gotten wet at all?

The led indicator turns on my for a couple seconds but the not fan activity and the screen doesn’t turn on

I didn't expect the laptop to turn on when just the charger is connected.
Just wanted to know if the laptop showed that the battery was charging without the user trying to turn on the laptop.
You never mentioned whether it got wet or being dropped or not as this may be relevant to the problem

I just saw a light right near where I plugged it up. After a few seconds it turned off. I also noticed that the laptop is getting really hot. Also I forgot to inform that the laptop has been dropped a couple of times last year. The laptop stopped working during May.
