Not getting cold but lights inside work
I moved my fridge and now it doesn’t work it’s not getting cold but the lights on the inside work but the lights on the outside don’t

moving a fridge can cause it to malfunction for a couple of reasons. Dislodged connectors, broken wires or blockage of capillary tube in closed system. Since lights on the outside don't work you may be in luck as it being one of the first two. If it is the third one, it is likely not fixable for any reasonable $$$$. Now all you need to do is fine it.
