Seems like the hot water inlet solenoid valve is faulty -stuck in the open position.
The valve has to be replaced as it cannot be repaired.
Here's a link that has a video that shows how to replace the hot water valve in the washer.
DC62-30314K or search online to find suppliers that suit you best.
