What does a F1 error code mean and how do i solve it for a hisense 4 door american style fridge freezer?
One freezer is working but the one on the right (bottom) is the one not really cold of freezing. The whole fridge ocassionally has a bit of a knocking sound. The other three compartments work fine.

Can't find a service manual but you you may to check if the evaporator fan in the right side freezer compartment (if there is one) is working OK.
The evaporator unit and fan are usually located at the back of the compartment, hidden by a panel.
To remove the panel you have to access it through the door at the front - not via the back of the cabinet.
If there is a fan, check if it and the area is iced up as this indicates a defrost problem. If it is relatively clear of ice it may just be a fan problem.

What is th emodel number of the refrigerator?
If the compressor motor is running can you hear a fan running inside the freezer compartment when all the doors are shut?
The fan should stop when a door is opened and start again when it is closed but the compressor will keep on running.
The fan won't run if the compressor is not running
