@regmarfala92037 You will need to have soldering skills to remove the headphone jack, as it is soldered to the motherboard. Do the soldering yourself, contact a repair shop, or buy a brand new laptop if you need to (this is the nuclear option, save this for last).

Hi!

To remove (or replace) the headphone port, you will need to open the laptop, remove the motherboard from the chassis, and then desolder the headphone port (and resolder a new headphone port assuming you want to replace it). The tools you will need for this job is some basic tools (e.g. screwdrivers e.t.c.), a soldering iron, something to desolder with (e.g. copper strand or solder sucker), and preferably some solder flux. And of course, a replacement port, which you likely have to remove the motherboard for to identify a suitable replacement.

Step by Step

Ideally you are to work on an ESD safe surface, or at least wear an ESD strap (if you don't have one you can get cheap ones in most electronic stores). For more information see this ESD guide.

First of, you will need to open the laptop chassis, remove the battery, remove the hard drive (or SSD), you might need to remove the wifi-card (you can judge that when you're working on it), remove some ribbon cables and then you can remove the motherboard. It is a good idea to remove the RAM from the motherboard too before you start to solder anything. iFixit does not have a guide for this laptop, but I found a disassembly guide for a similar laptop you can read by following this link. You will not need to follow this guide all the way as this is for disassembling most of the laptop. They have another disassembly guide too for another model, but I think that one is less similar than the first one I linked.

Once you have removed the motherboard, you can observe the headphone port (see the image at the bottom of this answer, red circle marks where I think the headphone port is). Take measurement of the headphone port, e.g. how far apart the pins are, is is through-hole pins (goes through the motherboard) or if it sits on the surface of the motherboard. Once you have these measurement, you can head over to some electronics component store online and look for headphone port replacements (make sure it is the 3.5mm size), also known as aux port, headphone port, 3.5mm port, 1/8" port, and many more names, most electronic component stores will have specifications sheets where all the measurements of the device is listed. You can of course update your question with measurement and images and ask about a specific component if it is a match once you've found something you think fits (make sure to tag us in a comment so we're notified that the question is updated). Or you can head over to some local electronics store and ask them for help (make sure to have measurements and lots of pictures then!).

Once you have gotten your replacement headphone port, you can desolder the old one and solder onto the replacement. Here is a guide that goes over some basic soldering techniques.

I know this is a lot of steps, but do them one by one and you will learn a ton, and you will succeed.

Feel free to follow up with any and all questions.

Good luck,

Cheers
