Unscrew the three silver M2x8mm Phillips #00 screws around the outside edge of the IS lens assembly.

Carefully pull the IS lens assembly up and out of the lens. Be careful not to snag any of the ribbon cables.

Avoid touching any of the internal lens elements. Your fingers will leave smudges on them. If you touch one by accident, use a microfiber cloth to wipe them off before the lens is reassembled.
