Remove any memory cards, batteries, grip, and lens from the camera body. Install a body cap to prevent dust from entering the camera body. Prepare an ESD safe workspace to prevent damage to electronics.

There are only 4 screws in this repair, and they are all the same. They are tiny, however, and a magnetic mat is recommended.

The display cable from the screen to the body is EXTREMELY fragile. It is adhered to the back of the display itself. USE CARE when removing it from the display, or you may have to replace the display cable after this repair.
