You can't turn on your camera.

Try charging camera again. The charger may not have been plugged in correctly to the wall or camera.

Try charging the camera. The flash may not work when the camera has low battery.

You can't connect your camera to the computer to download your pictures.

The USB cable may not be plugged in correctly. Make sure it is plugged into the USB port on both the camera and the computer and that the cable is pushed in all the way.

Unplug the USB cable and check the memory card is in. If so, try removing the memory card and putting it back in. Follow this guide to remove the memory card. Then connect the camera to the computer again.

The USB cable may be broken so you may need to buy another cable.

Nothing happens when you press the buttons.
