1 Why are all my pictures blurry?
When I take photos or video with my camera they all seem to be out of focus. What could cause this type problem?

Hello Jarretti,
The problem may be caused by a dirty lens which is possible to may have gotten grains of dirt on the other side of the lens. Because this device is supposed to be water proof, another reason for this issue can be that little water may have gotten inside and the water has caused some kind of condensation inside the lens.
If you look into the guides that are given under this device, it explains how you can take the camera apart to clean the lens.
