Hey Guys
I would like to make my iPhone transparent but I don't know how to replace the front Display Frame and the Back Cover Frame. I want first to take out the display than remove the Frame from the Display than remove the black color from the display and finally to put the frame again on the display. Do someone know how i can do this and what things i need to do so?
Please help.

Giuseppe, why don't you just buy it. They have it readily available and you could follow the teardown guide to exchange the parts. Just remember that light leakage and camera performance will get worse with this. Good Luck

We do not have a guide for that repair because you will likely break your display. I recommend buying a complete part and avoid the frustration.

Well ifixit has a step by step on replacing the rear back panel so replacing the front shouldnt be that much harder.

Hello,
I know that they are selling it but they have the transparent LCD only with an transparent Frame but i would like to make my iPhone 4 Gold and Transparent with white Frames and an White Home Button so i would like to buy the transparent parts from sw-box.com and change the Frame into White.

Giuseppe, you can get the frame separately and get somebody to airbrush it for you. I think your best bet would still be the teardown guide and strip your phone totally then replace the parts with the ones that you want. If you buy the total kit then you have all the parts you need and paint the ones you want in a different color.

the supporting frame you are worried about is white so it should blend in and not be an issue.

now you see, i tried to do the right thing and bought it as a whole piece but who ever assembled it put the frame on the wrong way!!!
