Why is laundry soap still there
When washer is done with full cycle I open the door where the soap goes in and the soap is still there

Here’s a link to the parts diagrams for your model.
Click on the Dispenser parts diagram to see how the water gets to the dispenser. You may have to check for blockages or the valves etc to see why the soap is still there.

First, check the water inlet Filter (see F180 in above picture) for clogs.
Second, check dispenser trays F226, F227 and F225 (see diagram above). Wash and clean thoroughly. Also, clean the dispenser tray F220.
Third, check hoses F321, F322, and F323 for clogs.
Fourth, check the water inlet valves FN160 and 170 for clogs. Next, measure resistance between the two pins of each of the inlet valves with a multimeter. Here is a diagram:

I have the same or related problem. When the wash cycle is finished, the liquid soap is mostly gone. What remains is a small amount of soap in tray full of water. Model # 796.4107
