I don’t offer IP8 back glass replacement services but I have seen this new tool being being shown on some websites:

There’s a video in the link so you’ll get a better idea of how it works. Hopefully someone who does this on a regular basis can chime in. In the meantime, check it out!

Set it to 280 and it will remove in a couple of minutes. You need a compressor as well though.
