Ps4 got wet how to fix it

It got wet but is there any fault yet? Liquid damage usually leads to corrosion on circuitry and multiple sort of faults can develop. The best course of action is to get it dry promptly to reduce the risk of corrosion.

Water or any liquid (except distilled water) and electronics and electricity are not a good mix.

The impurities in the liquid causes corrosion and provides circuit paths for the electricity which were not in the console’s operating design and could damage the components. The corrosion is ongoing until it has been properly cleaned away.

First do not try to turn it on, then disconnect the power from the console.

You need to disassemble the console and clean all the affected parts using Isopropyl Alcohol 99%+ (available from electronic parts stores) to remove all traces of corrosion and water. Try not to use "rubbing alcohol" as in some cases this is <70% IPA, can contain additives and is not as effective. If you do have to use it, check the label to verify the amount of IPA. The higher the percentage of IPA, the better.

As always with electronics, especially surface mounted pcb be gentle when handling and especially when brushing away the corrosion. You do not want to remove any components from the boards. You will also have to remove any shields that are covering some components and disconnect and clean any cable connectors etc

Hopefully after you have done all this the console might possibly work correctly again.
