Pull cord mot starting
Pull cord will not pull. Flywheel works perfectly, when i pull the cord, and then align it back , it does not retract. The flywheel rotor has limited movement

Broken spool spring - common failure. If you're not familiar with recoil spool repair, take it to someone who is. You could try YouTube, but mistakes with highly spring tensioned objects get ugly Fast.
