Hi,
The LCD panel is faulty and needs to be replaced as it cannot be repaired.
Here’s the hardware maintenance manual for the laptop.
Go to the bottom of p.106 to view the necessary pre-requisite steps and then the procedure to remove/replace the LCD panel.
Replacement panels are available online. Just search for Lenovo T530 LCD screen to find suppliers that suit you best.
Usually the Lenovo part number can be found on the back of the panel itself, if you wish to confirm that you’re ordering the correct one, as there are several different panels available for the model series. If there is one there, then search for the LCD panel part number instead of the laptop model number, to be sure that you’re getting the correct one. Alternatively contact the seller and verify that it is compatible with your exact model.

Here's how to do this on Ifixit Adding images to an existing question.
Have you tried connecting the laptop to an external monitor and check if the problem is on it or if it is OK?
