whats the difference between these models

There is no difference as far as LCD panels are concerned, between a Legion 5-15ach6 and a Legion 5-15ach6h except if you have a Legion 5-15ach6 type 82QJ. The type info should be on the product label on the laptop.

There are 2 Legion 5-15ach6 models The type 82JW and the type 82QJ

The Legion 5-15ach6h model is a type 82JU

The 82JW and the 82JU use the same LCD panels. There are 13 main choices with substitutes for each choice as well.

The 82QJ model only has the one LCD panel and it is not the same as any of the main choices used by the other two types, although I didn’t check all the substitute panels for the other types, to make sure.

Click on Select Commodity > LCD panels to find all the part numbers for the available LCD panels for your model type..

Here’s the hardware maintenance manual for the laptop. It is the same one for all 3 models. Go to p.69 to view the necessary pre-requisite steps and then the procedure to remove the LCD panel.

Usually the part number is on the back of the panel somewhere, if you wish to verify exactly which panel you have.

Search online using the appropriate part number only for your model type to get results for suppliers.
