Why cant I get two of the screws out to work on it I don't recognize the head on them my unit is a 1275

Are those two screws anti tamper types? What part is held in place? Special tools are needed or alternatives. Some may be removed with sharp vise grips. Others embedded, flush or surrounded by plastic molding may be cut off using a dremel cutoff wheel. Slitting the screw head can allow a regular flat blade screwdriver for removal. Some imagination can help devise removal methods.
