If your TV screen froze and now it won't turn on even after performing a factory reset, here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

1. Disconnect power: Completely disconnect the TV from the power source by unplugging it from the wall outlet. Leave it disconnected for about 1-2 minutes to ensure a full power cycle.

2. Check power source: Verify that the power outlet you're using is working correctly by plugging in another device or using a different power outlet. Also, check if the power cable is securely connected to both the TV and the power source.

3. Remote control: Ensure the remote control has fresh batteries and functions properly. Try using a different remote control if available, or use the physical buttons on the TV to power it on.

4. Test different power cords: If possible, try using a different power cord to rule out any issues with the current one. Faulty power cords can sometimes prevent the TV from turning on.

5. Power reset: Perform a power reset by pressing and holding the power button on the TV for about 10 seconds. This helps discharge any residual power and can sometimes resolve startup issues.

6. Professional assistance: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, it's recommended to contact Sony customer support or schedule a service appointment with an authorized technician. They will be able to provide further guidance or arrange for a repair if necessary.

When contacting Sony support, make sure to provide them with all the relevant details about the issue, including the steps you have already taken to troubleshoot. They may be able to offer additional troubleshooting steps specific to your TV model or advise on further actions to resolve the problem.

Note: If your TV is still under warranty, it's best to contact Sony's customer support as soon as possible for assistance.
