Here's a supplier of the charger base.
Alternatively search online for B&D 90568667 to find other suppliers that suit you best.
If you wish to confirm that it is the correct part number, check the label on your charger base, if you still have it, as usually there is a part number printed on it somewhere. Only saying this because it seems that the same part number is used for a DeWalt charger base as well. Probably is the same base.
As mentioned below most suppliers state out of stock or NLA but there are a few around if you look for them.

@krystalmize if your are referring to the Black & Decker OEM 90568667 Screwdriver Charger & Base it appears to have disappeared from anywhere. you can always try places like ebay or similar. Ultimately, I wopuld suggest to eiterh repairring yours or possibly modifying one to fit your LI4000. Let us know what is going on with yours and let's see if we can come up with a solution. Adding images to an existing question
WE need to keep things out of the landfill and need to stop spending our money. We need to return to repairing, reusing, repurposing and I see potential to do all this with your cordless screwdriver. We are not going to let "unavailable" stop us.
