Does anyone know any replacements for the lcd panel?
I accidentally punctured the screen's ribbon cable while trying to clean the lens, does anyone know where i can find a replacement?

Looking at the ifixit DBPOWER T20 Lamp Replacement guide, the only ribbon cable that I can see is shown in Step.3.
If this is the one you mean it is an awm 20624 80C 60V VW-1 ribbon cable. The specifications are printed on the cable itself. (supplier examples only)
You would have to measure the length of the original cable, to get one the same length.
Search online using the specifications above (and the length required) to find suppliers that suit you best.
