my battery health is zero percentage but the charger is connected all the time and when it is connecting the laptop works fine and suddenly stops and shuts
down by its own while the charger is plugged in in it

@storyhub there are many reasons why this could be happening. From software shutdowns to thermal events and anything in between. For now, I suggest you use the Windows Event Viewer and check the logs. Here is a good explanation on how to use the event viewer

In case the system logs etc., do not reveal anything, we will have to consider this a hardware issue. Start by opening your computer and to clean out any dust and debris from all the air inlets. Check and clean the fan as well as reapply thermal past to the heatsink etc. That will ensure that this is not a thermal event. Let us know what you find out.
