If the power on your Beats Pill 1.0 won't turn on or if it is unable to connect to other devices--either through bluetooth or through audio jack--employ this process to replace the motherboard. Before using this guide, double check the troubleshooting page. For instance, you may need only to plug in the charging cable or connect using a different audio cord.

The motherboard is the main circuit of the device, meaning some special skills are needed in order to transpose it. Step 5 requires wire stripping. From there, you will need to solder the battery to the new motherboard as part of Step 6.

Remember to disconnect your Beats Pill 1.0 from a power source and to turn off the device before beginning the replacement process.

While trying to repair I snapped that yellow part with the thin copper running through it, I tried to repair this with superglue but I don't think it worked. Not sure what the part does but is it still safe to use?
