The suction sections are blocked

Make sure to clean the suction points that are located on the rotating part. Remove the sanding element by pulling off the velcro. Clean the small holes with a Q-tip and place the sanding element back.

The filter is not attached properly

Make sure you not only insert the filter but also rotate it clockwise in order to lock it in place.

My sander turns on but only hums, no movement at all. Does anyone know what may cause this or if it's fixable?

My biggest issue is apparently one of the screws came loose and fell out and now won't tighten at all...UGH!

Mine seems to spin too fast and in only one direction. Sends the sanding papers flying in very short time.

It starts and you sand for a few seconds and then stops?
