Looks like LCD damage from a blunt object. for example hitting something while the phone is in your pocket. repair guide is here Samsung J7 Pro LCD Display Replacement

Not sure if its your case but i had a few customers cone in with this problem, all samsungs and 1 of 2 things that i always notice is a tiny crack or too much pressure in that area, i assume that because almost always i notice a bent, those are my experiences
