Background and Identification
The Galaxy S21 Plus is the midrange model of Samsung’s 2021 S series and was announced at Samsung’s Galaxy Unpacked event on January 14th, 2021, alongside the vanilla S21 and the S21 Ultra. It features 5G capability, 8 GB of RAM, up to 256 GB of onboard storage, and a 120 Hz 6.7” display, all running on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 5G for the US version and on the Exynos 2100 chipset for the international version. The S21 Plus keeps last year’s IP68 rating but has a slightly larger battery sitting at 4,800 mAh capacity.
The Galaxy S21 Plus starts at ~$1000 and is available in Phantom Black, Phantom Silver, Phantom Violet, Phantom Pink, Phantom Gold and Phantom Red depending on region and carrier.
