Asus Padfone 2 Troubleshooting

The wrong charger might have been used. In order to ensure that you have the right one, inspect the charging port on both the phone and charger to confirm that the charger is the right one for the device you are trying to charge. If this has been confirmed and the device still does not hold a charge, read on.

Try plugging the charger into another outlet, there might be nothing wrong with the phone.

If you have tried plugging the charger in another outlet and it still is not charging the device, check the charger for any signs of damage and wipe it clean. Try plugging it back in, if this does not work, the charger may be broken and will need replaced.

The battery of the device might be placed incorrectly,take it out and insert it correctly following the Asus Padfone 2 Battery Replacement. If this doesn't work try replacing the battery following the same guide. Unplug the device and plug it back in just in case of bad connection between the device and the charger.

Asus Padfone 2 vibrate mode does not work

Check phone settings to make sure that the vibration mode is selected.

Asus Padfone 2 shows no display or is non-responsive

The phone might be overworked from running too many applications, try restarting it.

Asus Padfone 2 wireless network is not working

Camera shows blurry images or no images at all

Check the camera for debris and wipe it clean

If the camera debris has been wiped and the camera stills shows blurry images, try restarting the device.
